Run Data Verification

• Submitted activity data must accurately represent the participant’s completed run(s).
• Edited, manipulated, duplicate, or otherwise unverifiable activity records may be rejected.
• The organizers’ decision regarding the validity of submitted run data will be considered final.

Safety

• Participants should choose a safe route and run according to their own fitness and ability.
• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the run.
• Please follow traffic rules and avoid running in unsafe or restricted areas.

General

• By participating in the event, participants agree to follow these rules and any additional instructions issued by the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event guidelines when necessary and will communicate any significant changes through the official communication channels.
• For any questions regarding registration, run-data submission, or participation, please contact the organizers through the official channels.

রান ডেটা যাচাই

• জমা দেওয়া Activity Data অবশ্যই অংশগ্রহণকারীর প্রকৃত সম্পন্ন করা রান/অ্যাক্টিভিটির সঠিক তথ্য উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।
• সম্পাদিত, পরিবর্তিত/কারসাজি করা, একই ডেটা একাধিকবার জমা দেওয়া, অথবা অন্য কোনো কারণে যাচাই করা সম্ভব নয়-এমন Activity Record বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
• জমা দেওয়া রান ডেটার বৈধতা সম্পর্কে আয়োজকদের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।

নিরাপত্তা

• অংশগ্রহণকারীদের নিজেদের জন্য একটি নিরাপদ রানিং রুট নির্বাচন করতে হবে এবং নিজেদের শারীরিক সক্ষমতা ও সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী রান সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
• রান চলাকালীন নিজেদের স্বাস্থ্য ও নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণভাবে অংশগ্রহণকারীর নিজের।
• সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীকে ট্রাফিক আইন মেনে চলতে হবে এবং ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ বা নিষিদ্ধ এলাকায় রান করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।

সাধারণ নির্দেশনা

• এই ইভেন্টে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা উপরোক্ত নিয়মাবলি এবং আয়োজকদের পক্ষ থেকে পরবর্তীতে দেওয়া যেকোনো অতিরিক্ত নির্দেশনা মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
• প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আয়োজকরা ইভেন্টের নিয়ম ও নির্দেশনায় পরিবর্তন আনার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে তা অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগমাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
• নিবন্ধন, রান ডেটা জমা দেওয়া অথবা অংশগ্রহণ সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রশ্নের জন্য অংশগ্রহণকারীরা আয়োজকদের অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।
